Grill shrimps or fry in garlic oil and serve together with the steak. Can be substituted with lobster.
Cut foie gras into thin slices and put onto the beef for maximum impact.
Top the steak with Gorgonzola, Roquefort, Danish Blue or any other blue cheese. The mouldier, the better.
