Skinned Daikon

Ingredients

peel of one daikon
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp mirin
+ black sesame seeds

Algorithm

Fry the daikon peel in sesame oil for 1 min. Stir in the soy sauce and mirin and keep frying until the liquid evaporates. Garnish with sesame seeds.
