Pickled Radish

Ingredients

1 bunch of radishes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
6 tsp light soy sauce
6 tsp chili oil
1 tsp sesame oil

Algorithm

Crack open each radish by pressing on it gently with the flat side of a cleaver, add salt and set aside for 30 min. Drain the excess water.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, pour over the radish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
