Korean Onion

Ingredients

1 white onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp mirin
1 tsp honey or brown sugar

Algorithm

Peel and half the onion. Cut it into paper-thin slices. Combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well with the onion. Keep refrigerated for about an hour prior to serving.
