350 g cooked rice or wheat noodles
2 slices pork belly
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
3 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp sesame oil
? tbsp black bean paste
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp honey
+ cucumber & sesame seeds to garnish


Cut the pork belly in small cubes and fry with onions over high heat. Add sugar to caramelize. Fry the garlic in sesame oil. Add the pork belly, the black bean paste and a cup of water. Simmer for 15 min. Combine the corn starch with the honey and a spoon of water and thicken the sauce. Pour the sauce over the noodles and garnish with some slices of fresh cucmber and sesame seeds.
