2 large carrots
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp favourite spice blend
+ oil, salt.
Cut the carrots in thick stripes about 5-7 cm in length. Coat in oil and spices and fry on high heat. Avoid unnecessary stirring.
Suggestions for a spice mix: Arrabbiata, Ras el hanout, Garam Masala, Bratkartoffelgewürz.
