Cold Pink Soup


200 g cooked beets
1 l kefir
2 tbsp natural yogurt
1 small cucumber
4 radishes
2 spring onions
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
2 hard boiled eggs
+ fresh dill


Pour the kefir into a pot, stir in the yogurt, add garlic salt, pepper and sugar. Grate the beets, cucumbers and radishes. Cut the dill and the spring onions and add everything to the pot. Let the soup stand for 30 min. Serve with an ice cube and boiled eggs.
